1. How can I schedule a tour to see The Atrium?

Reservations are required for individual and group tours. We offer individual tours Tuesday through Friday between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm. We also host a group tour Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. During your tour, you will receive our 30-page brochure as well as a customized event estimate.

2. If I come to a group tour will someone be able to answer my questions?

Either our Sales Director or another member of our knowledgeable sales team would be more than happy to meet with you individually to answer any questions you have following the group tour.

3. How many hours will I have for my Reception?

During the day, you may choose up to five hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For an evening event, you would have the hours of 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. Additional time may be purchased at a per hour rate.

4. Can I have a Ceremony at The Atrium?

Yes, as long as you are also hosting your Reception with us as well. You may choose an outdoor garden Ceremony or you may choose a Ceremony in The Atrium’s ballroom overlooking the gardens outside. If you plan an outdoor Ceremony and the weather is inclement the day of your wedding, you may choose to move your Ceremony inside at no additional charge up to two hours prior to your ceremony. It is always the Bride’s decision and we are pleased to offer this flexibility to you at no additional cost.

5. Is there a Ceremony Fee?

Yes. The Ceremony Fee is $600 and includes:

  • Rehearsal time the day before your Wedding
  • Arriving two hours prior to your Ceremony to relax and dress in our luxurious bridal suite, as well as time for picturess
  • A Wedding Director who will orchestrate your Rehearsal the day before and assist you and the Bridal Party during the Ceremony and Reception. She will keep everything on time and take care of any schedule changes you may desire. She will be the liaison with your vendors if anything needs to be changed or adjusted. Her only job on your wedding day is to care for the Bride and Groom’s needs. Glass of wine or water? She’s your girl.
  • All of your ceremony chairs as well as the set up and break down of your ceremony location. There are never additional fees to use our chairs for your ceremony.

6. Is there a fee to rent The Atrium and what does it include?

Yes. The fees to rent The Atrium vary depending on the date and time of the event. We do offer special pricing during the months of January and February as well as other seasonal discounts. Please call our Sales office regarding these rates.

The Rental Fee includes:

  • Five hours of exclusive use of The Atrium and its grounds
  • Tables, Chairs, Glassware, Flatware, and China for your event
  • Crystal globed candles on each table
  • Silver plated chafers on the buffet as well as beautifully underlit buffet linens
  • A professionally trained Special Event Planner who will sit down with you to help you plan your special day. She assists you with every detail for your event from your Champagne toast to the Toss of your Bouquet.
  • An Event Manger and Coordinator whose main roles are to pay attention to details during your actual event.
  • Tuxedo Wait Staff
  • Bartenders and Beverage Servers
  • An Operations Team who will set up and break down your entire event.

We feel that these staffing elements are important to create a wonderful and successful event!

7. Does The Atrium offer full service catering?

Yes. The Atrium has an award winning, full time Culinary Team and Executive Chef. We are the exclusive caterers for the facility.

8. Will there be an opportunity to taste your food?

Yes. We have a Bridal Show twice a year called Romancing The Bride where we showcase select items from our menu as well as beautiful floral displays and scenarios throughout the facility and in the ceremony areas. We also have several local vendors such as Dj’s, Photographers and local hoteliers for you to meet. You may register for Romancing The Bride under the “Weddings“ section of our website.

A private tasting may also be arranged through our planner.

9. Does The Atrium offer a full service Design Team?

Yes. We have a nationally recognized Design Team to help you choose everything from your bouquet, ceremony design, candelabra and cake, to chair covers and more. We are the exclusive designers for the facility and the ceremony area; however you may bring in bridal party flowers and wedding or groom’s cakes from another vendor, if you choose. Our Design Team will help you realize your vision while maintaining your budget. For the bride who wants a signature look, from custom linens and unique party favors, to one-of-a-kind designs, our Designers have the expertise to accommodate your individual style.

10. How many guests can The Atrium accommodate?

The Atrium can accommodate up to 185 guests for a buffet reception. We can accommodate up to 120 guests for a Seated Served dinner if you would like to still maintain dance floor space and 150 guests without a dance floor.

11. How do I reserve The Atrium for my wedding?

The facility can be reserved with a signed contract and payment of the facility rental fee. This can be done in person or arranged by fax or email.

12. What types of payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, cash or personal check.

13. Once I reserve the facility, when is my next payment due?

The next payment is due at the time of your initial planning session, which is typically three months prior to the wedding. At this time the catering deposit of $500 is due as well as the Ceremony fee of $600 (if applicable). The remaining balance of the event is due three weeks prior to the date of the event.
