Founded in 1987 by Kendall Collier and Teresa Day, Magic Moments Inc. is a catering and event design company owning four special event facilities:  Flint Hill and The Atrium in Norcross, Primrose Cottage in Roswell, and Little Gardens in Lawrenceville. 

Kendall and Teresa are award winning event specialists as well as leaders and teachers in the special event industry. Belonging to industry associations such as The International Special Event Society, National Association of Catering Executives, and the International Caterer’s Association keeps them on the cutting edge of their profession even after 20 years in business. About The Atrium

Neo classical in style, The Atrium is a modern version of an ancient Greek temple hidden in a lush garden.  The soaring columns punctuated by panels of glass allude to the grand space inside while the glass walls allow a visual connection to the outside.  Passing through a wisteria covered iron gate, guests are now in the sanctuary of The Atrium.

Inside, an intimate mezzanine level overlooks the great hall providing a private retreat with overstuffed sofas, chairs and additional guest tables.  Here the groomsmen can relax with a drink while keeping the groom company.  For the bride and her attendants, a stunning room awaits lavishly furnished with soothing dark chocolate and cream décor.  It is here after the ceremony where the bride and groom may share their first meal as husband and wife.  Over the sweetheart table hangs a magnificent amber-colored, crystal chandelier filling the room with a soft, romantic glow.

Downstairs, a larger dance floor dominates the center of the open ballroom.   Imposing ornate iron chandeliers add a sense of grander suspended from the two story ceiling.  Against one wall, a custom built bar further defines the space.  Inclement weather, the open floor plan accommodates indoor ceremonies for up to 150 guests. Surrounded by views of the garden outside, two courtyards add structure to the landscape design.  In the center of the upper courtyard, a three tier fountain provides an enticing focal point.  Many brides choose to add floral sprays to the splashing fountain creating an unexpected outdoor centerpiece.  A rose-covered arbor shelters a garden bench providing a cozy nook ideal for photographs. Stepping stones placed in a graceful curve lead to the lower courtyard designed for outdoor ceremonies.

At the end of the path, a stunning Italian stone gazebo topped with an iron filigree dome wait for the bride and groom.  Opposite the gazebo, a bed of continuously blooming annuals offers year round color.  It is here among the azaleas, hydrangeas, daylilies, gardenias, rambling vines, hostas, antique roses and wisteria that promises are made and vows are taken.
